This project started with water infiltration issues in the basement. Addressing these issues created opportunities to expand the scope of the project to create a 4 season room and mudroom addition, remodelling of the kitchen/dining room into a large kitchen ready for entertaining. Updating 3 bathrooms and incorporating design objectives which consider accessibility and aging in place.
