What you'll be doing:

Leading on-site construction with expertise in demo, framing, drywall, trim, paint prep, finishing, and more

Ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and running efficiently

Handling warranty work and finishing details to maintain our high standards

Lagois Design Build Renovate is seeking a polished, highly organized Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our team. This role supports the President and leadership team while overseeing office operations, sales coordination, and marketing support.
You’ll be the Director of First Impressions; connecting with clients, keeping the office running seamlessly, and ensuring our brand experience reflects the care, professionalism, and excellence Lagois is known for. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love wearing many hats, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing:

Serving as the Director of First Impressions, warmly welcoming clients, partners, and visitors in person, by phone, and online

Supporting the President and leadership team with day-to-day administrative coordination and executive support

Keeping office operations running smoothly, organized, and efficient at all times

Managing incoming leads, coordinating client communications, and supporting the sales and design teams

Assisting with marketing initiatives, events, schedules, and client touch points

Maintaining systems, calendars, documentation, and workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
