Right now, we’re currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Lead Carpenter to join us full-time. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to step into a leadership position, take ownership of projects, and bring high-level craftsmanship to every build.
What you'll be doing:

Leading on-site construction with expertise in demo, framing, drywall, trim, paint prep, finishing, and more

Ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and running efficiently

Handling warranty work and finishing details to maintain our high standards
