Here’s your chance to see first-hand, how Lagois transformed the kitchen in this 1900’s era home into a new modern space suitable for a trained chef to use as his cookig classroom! The new space is divided into four handy and functional zones: one for prep, one for cooking & baking, a breakfast area and clean up zone. This zone design allows more than one cook in the kitchen and will serve as a functional teaching environment.
