GOHBA Award Finalist - Custom Home under 2400 sq. ft.

Custom Homes

The design criteria for this quaint custom home was to stay under 2,100 sq. ft. without compromising room sizes, to integrate indoors and outdoors, taking full advantage of the large treed lot.

Upon entering the home, one is immediately impressed by the large open feel, especially with the view into the sunroom continuing through into the rear yard. The visual theme continues to the kitchen where the design allows for views to the exterior from all vantage points. The dinette and sunroom connect to a large wooden deck allowing for indoor/outdoor integration.

Furthermore,  the deck/dinette/sunroom have an eastern exposure minimizing solar gain, therefore minimizing use of blinds and taking advantage of exterior views.
